The Rock Island Park & Recreation Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization made up of local Rock Island residents who are vested in Rock Island and the improvement and growth of our park and recreation opportunities and offerings. The Foundation has been in operation since 2015.

Each Board member contributes annually to the foundation.
